Bak Kut Teh dinner ....
Few weeks back, there is a new restaurant open in our living area. Everytime we passed by we told ourselves "must try must try"..but always ended up forgotten about it. So, last friday Sri finally remember it and suggested we try out. Off we go, its quite a fine restaurant but not many customers I see. First thing they came up to us, was a basket full of varieties of tea packets...for us to choose. There seems to be no other drinks other than chinese tea. As usual, I opt for 'char wong' since we both like it. Food not much choices also, as it only offer 'bak kut teh' and vegetables. But, surprisingly the BKT is of many choices eg. pork ribs, stomach, intestines, string tied, big spare ribs, small ribs, etc...all sorts of pig 'spare parts'. Not bad at all, we will definitely try out again some other 'pig parts' next time, although the price is not cheap ;-)
