Dessert time..

4 hours of slow double boil...

Taaadaa... my end product! This is my first attempt in making bird nest dessert.. luckily taste good (according to sri n Kyle)... Will do more often once Kyle is recovered from flu... though the washing and hair removing procedure is darn troublesome ;-)
